Jon has over 25 years’ experience solving public and private radio telecom networks and RF spectrum issues. He specializes in the design and development of complex wireless communications systems. Portfolio projects include complete system buildouts related to GSM, CDMA, LTE, DAS, small-cell and microwave projects from conception to operation. Jon likes to apply his broad range of technical engineering and business management expertise to both public safety and commercial wireless operations. He has an equally strong foundation in business development, PMP program management as well as practical knowledge in the fields of radio-frequency engineering and optimization, engineering management, government and regulatory coordination, and site development. He solves difficult radio coverage and interference challenges, including underground coverage in subways, tunnels, and radio-averse terrain. Jon has designed, budgeted and deployed commercial communication systems in West Virginia and Virginia as Director of Engineering and Operations, nTelos, AT&T, and Colorado (McCaw Cellular) as well as in Germany (Vodafone).
